Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Available is a hybrid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position serving a pre-school program in an elementary school setting located in Michigan. The role involves delivering teletherapy services as part of a hybrid schedule within a contract spanning the current school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide telepractice speech-language pathology services in alignment with individualized education plans.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy for pre-school-aged children.
- Collaborate virtually and on-site with educators and support staff to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student performance.
- Comply with all state licensing requirements and school policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathology license is mandatory. (License verification is required.)
- Experience providing teletherapy within educational or clinical settings is preferred.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule with a majority of onsite days (minimum three days) due to the nature of pre-school services.
- Strong communication skills and technological proficiency for remote and onsite service delivery.
- Commitment to supporting early childhood development through evidence-based intervention techniques.
Schedule and Location:
- Hybrid model preferred with four days onsite (MondayThursday) and one day remote (Friday). Consideration may be given for three days onsite and two days remote.
- Contract duration through the current school year (until approximately June 5, 2026).
